👤 The Role: Head of Engineering
We’re hiring a Head of Engineering to take over day-to-day management of our development team, bring more structure to tech delivery, and help scale the org alongside our CTPO.
This is a strategic management role (not hands-on coding) focused on:
You’ll manage 3 to 5 engineers directly, support recruitment, and act as the operational partner to the CTPO — who will focus more on long-term product and strategy.
🎯 Your Mission
Take over management of the developer team (3 to 5 devs to start)
Hire and onboard new engineers to strengthen the team
Help technical leads with creation and delivery of the tech roadmap
Improve internal communication processes for tech-related support
Support the animation of squads and cross-functional rituals
Assit the CTPO on strategic projects
🛠 What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Growth
Manage and coach a growing team of developers
Run rituals: 1:1s, standups, retrospectives, performance reviews
Drive hiring and onboarding for technical roles
Remove blockers so that engineers and leads can focus on delivery
Delivery & Execution
Ensure effective planning and delivery of roadmap items
Bring clarity and visibility to delivery timelines and priorities
Help structure our cross-functional squads (tech + product)
Culture & Process
Champion our values: extreme ownership, focus, and smart delivery
Reduce WIP, improve estimation, and raise the quality bar
Improve communication between tech and internal teams (ops, support, sales)
